Warranty Period
- All kickboards are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use.
1. Replacement Policy for Products Purchased Within 14 Days
- Eligibility: If your kickboard is found to have a problem within 14 days of purchase, it is eligible for a full replacement.
- Return Process:
- You can send the product back to our warehouse.
- Alternatively, contact our support team to confirm if there is a nearby store where you can directly return the product.
2. Repair Policy for Products Purchased After 14 Days
- Eligibility: For kickboards with issues identified after 14 days of purchase, the product can be inspected and repaired under warranty.
- Return Process:
- Return the product to our warehouse or a local store for inspection.
- Our team will examine the kickboard to identify the cause of the problem.
- Once repaired, the product will be shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.
General Notes
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided for all warranty claims.
- Products must be returned in clean condition for inspection or replacement.
