- Warranty Period:
- Candles and diffusers are covered by a 14-day warranty for manufacturing defects only (e.g., defective wicks, leaking bottles).
- Limitations:
- Does not cover improper use, such as burning a candle for more than 4 hours or failing to trim the wick as recommended.
- Diffusers must be used with original refill solutions to qualify for warranty coverage.
- Brand-Specific Regulations:
- Glasshouse & CIRCA: Warranty claims must adhere to the brand’s guidelines and may require direct communication with the brand for resolution.
3. Homeware (Home Decor, Furniture, Drinkware, and Accessories)
- Home Decor and Accessories:
- Covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., damaged finishes, missing parts).
- Furniture:
- Heavy furniture items are covered by a 1-year warranty for structural defects.
- Customers are responsible for returning heavy items to our warehouse for inspection. Alternatively, inspection may be arranged at the delivery location for an additional fee.
- Drinkware:
- Covered by a 14-day warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks, faulty lids).
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by dishwashers, microwaves, or dropping the item.
4. Bath & Body (Soap, Hand Wash, and Body Wash)
- Warranty Period:
- Bath and body products are covered by a 7-day warranty for issues such as defective pumps or leaking containers.
- Limitations:
- Does not cover dissatisfaction with fragrance or personal reactions to ingredients.
5. Plush Toys (Charlie Bears & Other Soft Toys)
- Warranty Period:
- Plush toys are covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects (e.g., loose stitching, missing parts).
- Brand-Specific Regulations:
- Charlie Bears: As per the brand’s policy, warranty claims must be reviewed by the manufacturer. Claims may take additional time to process.
6. Electronic Products (Kickboards & Kids Motorbikes)
- Warranty Period:
- Covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Process:
- For products purchased within 14 days, replacements are available.
- After 14 days, products must be sent to our warehouse located at Coopers Plains for inspection and repair, as our local stores are unable to perform detailed assessments.
- Customers are responsible for shipping products to the warehouse for warranty claims.
7. Special Regulations for Heavy or Bulky Products
- Warranty Period:
- Heavy or bulky items such as furniture are covered by a 1-year warranty for structural defects only.
- Return Process:
- Customers are responsible for arranging the return of heavy items to our warehouse for warranty inspection.
- Alternatively, on-site inspection may be arranged at the customer’s location for an additional service fee.
