Received an Issue with Your Order?
If you receive your order and notice an issue, please contact us at sales@brisbanegiftco.com.au with details and/or images of the problem. Our team will assist you promptly.
Return/Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of dispatch for products that are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For any return inquiries, reach out to us at sales@brisbanegiftco.com.au.
Return Location
Please be aware that returns must be sent via post to our online warehouse. We are unable to accept returns at any of our physical retail locations.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately email to sales@brisbanegiftco.com.au. We can accommodate address changes for orders that have not yet been dispatched.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we aim to process refunds within 5 working days.

If you wish to return any product, please email us at sales@brisbanegiftco.com.au to obtain return authorization. Authorization is required for all returns or warranty claims.
