Our Simple Rules of Return:

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) to our Fulfillment Centre.
• Condition of Items: Items must be in their original packaging, which must be in its original condition. This includes any branded dust bags. Items must be unused and have the original tags still attached.
• Damaged Products: Any products returned with signs of damage, tampered original factory seals, or damaged original retail packaging due to mishandling/misuse while in the customer’s possession will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases. A store credit or exchange will be provided only if the products are in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping and Handling Costs:

• Undamaged Goods: If undamaged goods are returned for exchange or refund purposes, we will not refund any packing and postage charges. The return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for returning the goods in good condition at your own cost unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly shipped. The cost of shipping ($9.95) / Express shipping ($12.95) will be deducted from your order before the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing:

• We aim to issue refunds within 5 working days of receiving and checking the return shipment.
