Delivery Policy
General Shipping Terms: We strive to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Please see specific terms for different product categories below.
1. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on most product orders over $129. However, please note that free shipping does not apply to furniture, scooters, and e-kickboards.
2. Furniture Delivery:
- Exclusions: We do not ship furniture to Tasmania (TAS) and Northern Territory (NT) or to the designated rural areas across various states as specified below.
- Western Australia (WA) and South Australia (SA): A shipping fee of $60 applies.
- New South Wales (NSW), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Victoria (VIC), and Queensland (QLD): A shipping fee of $30 applies.
- Australia Rural Areas Exclusions: We do not ship furniture to postcodes including but not limited to 2880, 5202-5204, 5210-5214, 5220-5223, and continuing through to postcodes like 4830, 4849-4865, and 4871-4895. 3. E-Kickboard Delivery: E-kickboards are excluded from free shipping regardless of order value. A flat shipping fee of $18.99 is charged per e-kickboard.

Note on Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates and are dependent on our shipping partners. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, factors such as public holidays, peak shipping seasons, and shipping delays may affect the arrival of your order.
Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

Return Policy
Guidelines for Returns:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items to our Fulfillment Center.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging, including any branded dust bags.
- Packaging Integrity: Products must not show any signs of use or damage. Returns will not be accepted if the original factory seal is broken or the retail packaging is damaged due to mishandling or misuse while in your possession.
Restrictions on Returns:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If the products are in their original condition and packaging, we will provide a store credit or exchange only.
Costs and Risk Associated with Returns:
- If you return products that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped, please note that:
- Shipping Costs: We do not refund the original shipping charges, and the cost of return shipping ($8.99 for standard shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
- Risk: The return of undamaged goods for exchange or refund is at your cost and risk.
Processing Returns:
- We aim to process refunds within 5 working days after the returned items have been received and inspected.
